While the StreamBuds Nano are charging, a red light will appear on each earbud. Once the red light changes to white the earbud the earbud is fully charged. Each earbud has its own battery and may take a slightly different amount of time to charge.
There is a battery level indicator on the inside of the charging case. One of 4 LEDs in the case will flash showing the case is charging, when all 4 LEDs are lit the charging case is fully charged.
Firstly check the earbuds are deleted from the pairing list on the phone and turn your Bluetooth off. Place both earbuds in the charge case and leave the lid open, the red charging lights should be on for both earbuds. Remove both earbuds at the same time and bring them to your ears. You should hear a single 'beep' in each earbud, followed by one earbud confirming 'pairing', this earbud should be flashing red and white. You can now open your Bluetooth menu, turn your Bluetooth on and scan for the StreamBuds Nano.
Check that both earbuds are fully charged. Check that you only have 1 entry for StreamBuds Nano in your Bluetooth menu. Make sure they are not paired to another device. Check that both earbuds are powered on and linked together, when taken out of the case each earbud should ‘beep’ to confirm they are paired together.
It is possible to use each earbud individually in mono. As long as you have paired to them in stereo simply remove the earbud you wish to use on its own. Even if you just want to use one earbud on its own, we recommend pairing to them in stereo first, to allow for easier use in the future.
