MIXX Audio uses DHL, APC and Royal Mail to deliver shipments to our customers. We offer a range of shipping services so your order is delivered when it suits you
You will be presented with delivery options at checkout. The shipping rates shown will be based on your product choice and delivery address. We aim to process all orders on the same day provided they are within the timeframes specified below. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as an email to let you know that we've dispatched your order. 

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

If for any reason you decide not to keep the item, you're not fully satisfied or it's no longer required, we will offer a hassle free return or exchange at no cost to you. So that's FREE delivery and FREE returns. We understand and believe it's OK to change your mind. 

SECURE PURCHASING

We offer a number of payment methods, all of which are processed in a secure environment. You are fully protected the moment you place an order with us. We do not store your financial details, all payments are processed through a secure payment service. We use an effective anti-fraud scanning technology to detect high risk orders and act on them immediately. You can be confident in knowing that your personal and payment details are secure when placing an order with us and will not be passed on to a third party.

 

FREE UK DELIVERY

How much will shipping cost?
We offer a free standard service with Royal Mail on all deliveries to a UK address. Next Day delivery is available for an additional cost which is calculated at checkout. This service is provided with DHL and is fully tracked and secure.

 If no one is available to sign for the shipment and you are unable to collect from our carrier's depot, additional charges may be incurred for any additional deliveries.

When will my order be despatched?
Orders with free standard delivery will be despatched the same day if placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm may not be despatched until the following day.
Orders with a Next Day delivery service will be despatched the same day if placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm may not be despatched until the following day. 

When will I receive my order?
Our free standard service with Royal Mail is delivered within 1-3 business days to a UK address.
If you choose Next Day delivery and place your order before 12pm your item will be delivered the following business day. This service will require a signature on delivery.

No deliveries take place on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.


Am I able to track my order?
Only orders on a Next Day delivery service are trackable. You will receive DHL tracking details via email and will be able to track the progress of your delivery.

 

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs will depend on the location and total weight of the order. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Shipping options with delivery lead times will be displayed for you to choose from. As well as standard shipping, we offer an Express service provided by DHL which is fully tracked and secure.

If no one is available to sign for the shipment and you are unable to collect from our carrier's depot, additional charges may be incurred for any additional rearranged deliveries.

When will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch all orders the same day if placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm may not be despatched until the following day.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery lead times vary depending on location, we always aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. An estimated delivery time is provided at checkout. Please note that a signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment.

On rare occasions, our carriers experience unforeseen situations and delays due to adverse weather conditions and airport or customs disruptions, this may impact your estimated delivery date.

Am I able to track my order?
Only orders on an Express delivery service are trackable. You will receive DHL tracking details on via email and will be able to track the progress of the delivery.


Customs Charges – International shipments excluding UK and EU 

MIXX Audio does not charge any customs duties on international shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of MIXX Audio. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays (in the United Kingdom, European Union and EEA Member States) or between Christmas and the New Year as our office is closed during this period.

 

ORDER AVAILABILITY

MIXX Audio makes every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an email informing you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
