Important Notice Concerning Your Consumer Rights This manufacturer's warranty is a voluntary commercial guarantee provided by Mixx Audio. It is separate from, and stands in addition to, your legal statutory rights. By law, consumers are entitled to remedies from the seller, free of charge, in the event of a lack of conformity or defects in the goods. Those legal remedies are not affected by this commercial warranty.
- For consumers in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides repair, replacement, or refund remedies for up to six (6) years (five years in Scotland) from the date of delivery.
- For consumers in the European Union, your statutory rights are governed by national laws transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771, providing a minimum two (2) year legal guarantee of conformity.
Warranty Coverage All Mixx Audio products are covered by a two (2) year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of original retail purchase
B-Grade Products
Mixx Audio B-Grade products have been rigorously tested to ensure they meet our strict standards for quality, performance, and structural integrity. Each unit has undergone a thorough refurbishment process, during which any defects identified through testing are replaced with new components.
Every B-Grade product is cleaned, inspected, and certified by our quality assurance team before being approved for sale.
Please note that B-Grade items may show minor cosmetic blemishes, such as small scratches or marks, which do not affect performance or reliability.
B-Grade products are covered by the same two (2) year limited manufacturer’s warranty as new Mixx Audio products. However:
- The warranty period is based on the original purchase date and does not restart when a replacement or B-Grade product is issued as a free replacement for a faulty product.
- If your product is replaced—whether with a new or B-Grade unit—the remaining warranty coverage from the original purchase still applies.
This ensures that all Mixx Audio customers receive consistent warranty protection and product quality, regardless of whether they own a new or B-Grade product.
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, you must provide one of the following as proof of purchase:
- A valid receipt or order confirmation; or
- A bank statement showing the purchase.
If proof of purchase is not available, Mixx Audio may use the batch number printed on the product to determine the warranty start date.
Please contact Mixx Audio Customer Support before returning any product to obtain authorisation and instructions for the return process.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including ear tips, earpads, and cables that deteriorate with regular use;
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper handling;
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications made without prior approval from Mixx Audio;
- Loss or theft of the product or any part thereof;
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discolouration that do not affect functionality.
Limitations
This voluntary warranty is non-transferable and is valid only to the original purchaser of products bought directly from Mixx Audio or an authorised reseller.
Mixx Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Contact us: Email support@mixx-audio.com or complete the contact form below or on our website.
2. Provide Details: Include proof of purchase, a description of the fault and clear photos or a short video where possible
3. Return Instruction: Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and a free returns label (UK Customers)
4. Repair or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will arrange for a repair or replacement if the product is found to be faulty.
