Batteries should not be disposed of in household waste and should be recycled at suitable collection points.

Recycling your Mixx Audio products

Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) should not be disposed of with your general household waste. Electrical products can contain materials and components that may be harmful to the environment, wildlife and human health if they are not disposed of correctly.

At Mixx Audio, we are committed to supporting responsible disposal, reuse and recycling of our products at the end of their useful life.

If you have an unwanted or end-of-life equivalent/comparable electrical product, please do not place it in your household waste or general recycling bin. Instead, please use an appropriate electrical recycling or take-back service.

Products covered by the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations are marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol.

Our Take-Back Scheme

Mixx Audio provides a take-back option for customers who have purchased an eligible equivalent/comparable (any brand) electrical product.

If your Mixx Audio or any brand comparable/equivalent product is no longer wanted or has reached the end of its useful life, you can contact our Customer Service team to discuss returning the product for appropriate recycling.

To request a take-back:

1. Contact the Mixx Audio Customer Service team.
2. Provide details of the product you wish to return, including the product name/model where possible.
3. Provide your original order number or proof of purchase, if available.
4. Our Customer Service team will advise you on the appropriate return and recycling process.
5. Once received, the product will be directed towards appropriate reuse, recycling or recovery where possible.

Please do not send an electrical product back to us without first contacting Customer Service and receiving instructions on how to return it.

Recycling through your local authority

You can also take unwanted electrical and electronic equipment to an authorised WEEE recycling facility or household recycling centre.

Your local authority can provide information about the recycling facilities available in your area.

Products containing batteries

Many Mixx Audio products contain lithium-ion batteries, including headphones, earbuds and portable speakers.

Products containing batteries require appropriate handling when being recycled. Please do not remove, damage, puncture or attempt to dispose of the battery separately unless the product has been specifically designed to allow safe battery removal.

Please do not send us batteries separately or return any battery that is damaged, swollen, leaking or otherwise unsafe.

If your Mixx Audio or comparable/equivalent (any brand) electrical product containing a battery has been damaged and you believe it may be unsafe to transport, please contact our Customer Service team before attempting to return it.

What products does the Mixx Audio Take-Back Scheme cover?

The scheme applies to eligible Mixx Audio and any brand comparable/equivalent electronic equipment that has reached the end of its useful life.

This may include products such as:

• Wireless headphones
• Wireless earbuds
• Bluetooth speakers
• Portable audio equipment
• Other eligible Mixx Audio electrical or comparable/equivalent electronic products
