While the StreamBuds DX are charging, a red light will appear on each earbud. Once the red light has switched off, the earbud is fully charged. Each earbud has its own battery and may take a slightly different amount of time to charge.
There is a battery level indicator on the back near the USB charging port. The charge light will be red while charging and will turn blue when fully charged.
Firstly check the earbuds are deleted from the pairing list on the phone. Place both earbuds in the charge case and leave the lid open, the red charging lights should be on for both earbuds.Tap and hold the back of both earbuds at the same time and hold for 8 seconds, the light will flash blue 4 times. Release the earbuds and close the case. Both earbuds can now be taken out at the same time. The lights will flash blue, followed by red and blue flashing on the right earbud which confirms they are paired. You can now search for your StreamBuds DX in your phone's list of Bluetooth devices. Only one entry will appear.
Check that both earbuds are fully charged. Remove all entries for Streambuds from the Bluetooth menu on your device.
