- ◄How long does it take to charge my StreamBuds TrueFit?
- The StreamBuds TrueFit will take up to two hours to fully charge. The charging case will take approximately two hours also.
- ◄How can I tell if my StreamBuds TrueFit are fully charged?
- While the StreamBuds TrueFit are charging, a red light will appear on each earbud. Once the red light has switched off, the earbud is fully charged. Each earbud has its own battery and may take a slightly different amount of time to charge.
- ◄How can I tell if my charging case is fully charged?
- There is a battery level indicator on the back near the USB charging port. The charge light will flash red while charging and stay solid red when fully charged.
- ◄Only one earbud seems to pair with my device, how can I resolve?
- Firstly check that both earbuds are charging and turning on correctly, you should see LEDs and hear ‘power on’ from each earbud when removed from the case. If they are not turning on, please contact our Support team. Place the earbud in the charging case, then go into the Bluetooth menu of your device and remove all entries of the StreamBuds TrueFit, do this for all devices in your house. Remove both earbuds from the case and wait until only one earbud is flashing red and blue. Open the Bluetooth menu of your chosen device and search for ‘StreamBuds TF’ you can now connect to them and use them as normal.
- ◄Why is only one earbud making sound?
- Check that both earbuds are fully charged. Check that you only have 1 entry for StreamBuds TrueFit in your Bluetooth menu. Make sure they are not paired to another device. Check that both earbuds are powered on and linked together, when taken out of the case each earbud should ‘beep’ to confirm they are paired together.
- ◄Can I use each earbud individually?
- It is possible to use each earbud individually in mono. As long as you have paired to them in stereo simply remove the earbud you wish to use on its own. Even if you just want to use one earbud on its own, we recommend pairing to them in stereo first, to allow for easier use in the future.

- All MIXX Audio products have a 2 year warranty that is valid from the day you purchase.
