- ◄How long does it take to charge my StreamBuds SX?
- The StreamBuds SX will take up to two hours to fully charge. The charging case will take approximately two hours also.
- ◄How can I tell if my StreamBuds SX are fully charged?
- While the StreamBuds SX are charging, a red light will appear on each earbud. Once the red light has switched off, the earbud is fully charged. Each earbud has its own battery and may take a slightly different amount of time to charge.
- ◄How can I tell if my charging case is fully charged?
- There is a battery level indicator on the back near the USB charging port. The charge light will flash red while charging and stay solid red when fully charged.
- ◄Only one earbud seems to pair with my device, how can I resolve?
- Firstly check the earbuds are deleted from the pairing list on the phone. Place both earbuds in the charge case and leave the lid open, the red charging lights should be on for both earbuds. Cover and hold the back of both earbuds over the touch sensors at the same time until the LEDs flash blue, this should take 8 seconds. Both earbuds can now be taken out at the same time. Both earbuds will say 'power on' then each bud will 'beep', this confirms they are pairing together. Wait until one of the earbuds says 'pairing', you can now search for your StreamBuds SX in your phone's list of Bluetooth devices. Only one entry will appear.
- ◄Why is only one earbud making sound?
- Check that both earbuds are fully charged. Check that you only have 1 entry for StreamBuds SX in your Bluetooth menu. Make sure they are not paired to another device. Check that both earbuds are powered on and linked together, when taken out of the case each ear bud should ‘beep’ to confirm they are paired together.
- ◄Can I use each earbud individually?
- It is possible to use each earbud individually in mono. As long as you have paired to them in stereo simply remove the bud you wish to use on its own. Even if you just want to use one bud on its own, we recommend pairing to them in stereo first, to allow for easier use in the future.
