FAQs
Do I need to charge the headset before first use?
Yes. When you first unbox your MIXX B10C, it may not have enough power to turn on. We recommend fully charging it before first use to ensure the best performance.
How do I know when the battery is low?
You’ll hear a voice prompt saying “Battery Low”, which means you have approximately 5 minutes of use remaining before the headset powers off.
The LED indicator will flash red before shutting down.
How do I charge the headset?
You have two options:
1. Charging via USB-C
- Plug the included USB-C cable into the headset.
- Connect it to a wall charger or USB port
LED indicators:
- 🔴 Red = Charging
- 🔵 Blue = Fully charged
How do I connect the headset via Bluetooth?
- Slide the power switch up
- You’ll hear: “Power On” → “Pairing”
- LED will flash red and blue
- Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings
- Select “MIXX B10C”
Once connected:
- You’ll hear “Connected”
- LED flashes blue
Can I connect to more than one device?
Yes. The MIXX B10C supports dual connectivity, meaning you can connect to two devices at the same time.
How do I connect a second device?
- Press and hold the multifunction button
- Wait for “Pairing”
- Connect the second device via Bluetooth settings
