FAQs

How to I pair my DB10 speaker to my audio bluetooth device?
  1. Press and hold the power button or 2 seconds to power on. The LED indicator will flash WHITE to indicate that they’re ready to pair.
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device
  3. Select ‘SoundQ DB10’ to connect. The speaker will say “Connected” to confirm that they have been paired correctly.
  4. The LED indicator will glow WHITE once connected.
How do I pair with a second DB10 Speaker*?

If you have two SoundQ DB5 speakers*, you can pair them together before you connect to your audio device. NOTE: This feature is ONLY available when using a Bluetooth connection.

  1. Turn the two speakers on at the same time by pressing and holding the power button.
  2. Once they’re both powered on, press and hold the multifunction button on one of speakers to initiate pairing; it will “beep” to confirm that they’re paired together. You can then connect to your audio device as you would with just one speaker.

Once paired together, your DB5 speakers will automatically reconnect to each other when you turn them both on.

*To use this feature, a second DB5 speaker must be purchased separately.

My second DB10 speaker won't connect to the first one

If you're having trouble connecting your second DB10 speaker, it’s usually due to an existing Bluetooth connection.

Before pairing the two speakers together, make sure the second speaker is not connected to any phone, tablet, or other audio device. If it is, disconnect or “forget” the speaker from that device’s Bluetooth settings.

Once both speakers are free from other connections, follow the pairing process to link the two DB5 speakers together first. After they are successfully paired, you can then connect them to your audio device.

👉 Important: Always pair the speakers with each other before connecting to your phone or audio source.
