How do I pair my StreamBuds Switch ANC for the first time?

Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically pair with each other and enter pairing mode. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and select "MIXX Switch ANC". Once connected, you will hear "Connected".

Is there a quick-charge feature?

Yes. Charging the earbuds in the case for 15 minutes provides up to 2 hours of additional playback time.

My earbuds won't pair together. What should I do?

If the earbuds do not automatically pair:

  1. Tap each touch sensor four times to power them off.
  2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
  3. Remove them again and allow them to pair automatically.
