The promoter of this prize draw is Mixx Limited (Company Number: 06429752) of Unit 5B, The Pavilions, Brighton Road, Pease Pottage, RH11 9BJ. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below.
- ELIGIBILITY
(a) The prize draw is open to all customers of MIXX Audio, MIXX Charge, MIXX In-Car and any other MIXX brand we notify to you who have purchased a participating product from www.mixxaudio.com, www.mixxcharge.com and any other MIXX website we notify to you or where you purchase a MIXX product from a MIXX approved retail partner, from a MIXX market place store, and are aged 18 years or over and resident in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), except:
employees or agents of Mixx Limited and any connected company; and
any members of the employees’ or agents (referred to above) families or households.
(b) Each prize draw will run from daily between the August 1st 2022 will continue until the prize draw ends on 16 March 2023.
(c) To enter you must submit your product review and rating, sharing your experience at mixxaudio.com/prize-draw. Entrants will be required to provide a full name and valid email address. All entries will belong to Mixx Limited.
(d) All prize draw entries will be entered into the prize draw for the day they are received in and must be received by Mixx Limited by no later than the Closing Date for that month, otherwise they will be entered into the subsequent month’s prize draw.
(e) Mixx Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants, including checking the validity of a purchase.
(f) Mixx Limited values honest feedback and may respond to your feedback via email in the event of a low rating or review submitted so that Mixx Limited can understand your experience and try to help find a solution. All feedback is considered and helps Mixx Limited to better understand its customers’ needs and assists with future product development.
(g) This is a daily re-occurring prize draw, we have the right to end at any time without providing notice to you.
(h) Reviews can only be made for the product(s) purchased. Each product review counts as a single prize draw entry and there can only be one product review per customer, per product purchased.
(i) Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
(j) Only genuine reviews will be considered for an entry into the prize draw and Mixx Limited determines in its sole decision what amounts to a genuine review.
(k) By entering the prize draw, the entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted by the entrant is true, accurate, current, complete and not misleading.
(l) Mixx Limited assumes that by entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to the rules mentioned and has legal and mental capacity to enter the prize draw.
(m) Mixx Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions.
(n) Mixx Limited will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties or in bulk;
illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with or incomplete.
(o) Prize draw entries cannot be cancelled
(p) Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over and who live in the United Kingdom and Ireland
- THE PRIZE
(a) The winner of each prize draw will receive a MIXX Zinc S1 Smart Watch . Mixx Limited reserve the right to change the make and model of the prize at any time.
(c) Prizes are subject to availability. No alternatives or cash prizes are given. The prize is non-transferable and excludes any additional costs and expenses.
- WINNERS
(a) The winner will be drawn at random performed by a computer process from all qualifying entries after the Closing Date. The decision of Mixx Limited is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
(b) The winner will be notified by email to the email address provided, and Mixx Limited will not be responsible for an entrants failure to check their junk or spam folders in this regard. Winners have 14 days in order to confirm receipt of the email notifying them of their win and claim their prize. This confirmation should be provided via email and sent to prize-draw@mixx-io.com and should include details of their UK address to enable the prize to be sent to the winner.
(c) The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
(d) On receipt of the winner's confirmation email, Mixx Limited will ship the prize to the address provided in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). Please allow 15 days for delivery of the prize.
(e) Failure to claim the prize within 14 days of being notified and provide the information required in clause 3 (b) above may result in disqualification and the prize being forfeited and selection of an alternative winner in accordance with the process above. Mixx Limited does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
(f) The name of winners will be held by Mixx Limited and Mixx Limited are required to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Mixx Limited will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails prize-draw@mixx-io.com within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Mixx Limited. In such circumstances, Mixx Limited must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- OWNERSHIP OF PRIZE DRAW ENTRIES
(a) All prize draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to Mixx Limited will become the property of Mixx Limited on receipt and will not be returned.
(b) By submitting your prize draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
assign to Mixx Limited all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
waive all moral rights, in and to your prize draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
- LIABILITY
(a) In the event of any dispute regarding the prize draw rules or winner selection, the decision of Mixx Limited shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
(b) Mixx Limited will not accept responsibility for competition entries or prize acceptance emails that are not successfully completed, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, Mixx Limited does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. Mixx Limited accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.

- GENERAL
(a) The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
(b) If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Mixx Limited may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
(c) Mixx Limited reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
